PROJECT OVERVIEW
Active construction of a three-unit, single-story attached residential development. The project is currently in the “dried-in” phase, meaning the shell is weather-tight with windows installed and roof underlayment applied. The structures utilize a hybrid building method common in the region, featuring durable concrete block exterior walls. Sitting atop these block walls is traditional wood framing, specifically a complex system of prefabricated wooden roof trusses that define the structures’ shape.
